We strongly believe that the CAPU grinder will provide you with a unique and enjoyable experience. However, if you feel that the CAPU grinder is not the right tool for you and would like to initiate a refund or have any questions about our refund policy or lifetime warranty, please send us an email at

Our refund covers production damage or damage that is caused during shipping from our premises to yours. This refund is applicable for the grinder, the leather case and cleaning tools. Damage to the cardboard packaging boxes in which the grinder and leather case are delivered, are not included in the refund.  

Our refund is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If the 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

In order to provide you with a refund, you must ensure that the item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.


With our lifetime warranty, we want to assure you with a written statement that our product is a high quality product. We guarantee the functional performance of our grinders.

The lifetime warranty only applies if the grinder has only been used for the purpose of processing herbs or tobacco products. We reserve the right to carefully examine the grinder and, if applicable, reject the warranty.

If your grinder does not function as advertised, you may send it back and upon arrival, will receive a full refund.

We will require the invoice or a confirmation of purchase to process the refund. This will allow us to refund the credits of shipping to your credit card.


The Refund Policy and Lifetime Warranty does not cover circumstances caused by the following:

- Abusive exploitation
- Misuse
- Accidental drops or falls
- Damage caused by a lack of adequate cleaning. We recommend cleaning the grinder weekly with the enclosed cleaning kit
- Cosmetic damages, such as scratches on the surface or inside
- Cosmetic damages caused by the use of wrong and external cleaning products
