Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all EU member states and all European non-EU countries — including Switzerland, the UK, Norway, Iceland, and even Gibraltar.
If it’s on the European continent, we’ll get it there.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Express shipping is available for both EU and non-EU countries at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?

EU countries: Standard shipping is free.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
No — our carriers require a physical address.

What are your grinders made from?
Each model is crafted from premium materials:

Titanium Grinder: Aerospace-grade titanium

Hash Slicer: Aluminium body with stainless-steel slicing blades
Are your grinders dishwasher safe?
No. Please do not put any grinder or slicer in the dishwasher.
Do the grinders have a warranty?
Yes — all CAPU grinders come with a 10-year lifetime warranty, as defined in Section 10 of our Terms & Conditions.
Orders & Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Who pays for return shipping?
It depends on the situation. Just email contact@capu.de, and we’ll handle it case-by-case.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer full refunds for unused products returned within the 14-day period.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Reach out to us immediately if you need to cancel.
