Do you accept International Orders?

Yes! A standard €15 shipping fee applies for international orders. Orders within the EU have free shipping.

Where is my product shipped from?

We are a german company. All orders are shipped from our distribution centre in Munich, Germany.

How long will it take to receive my orders?

All orders are shipped on the following business day. Orders from Germany, Austria & Switzerland include free shipping. Domestic orders with regular mail may take 3-5 business days. International orders may take 7-14 days. Please note that delays due to your countries customs may apply.

What is your Lifetime Warranty?

How many times will I have to clean the grinder?

We recommend that you carefully clean the grinder at least once a month with the provided cleaning tool and use a cloth dipped in alcohol for more rigorous cleaning.

Can I change the blades by hand?

Yes, it is possible but we recommend you use the enclosed cleaning set. The blades can be easily removed using tweezers.

Does the grinder come in a discrete box or can one see what is inside?

We respect your privacy. The Grinder is shipped in a discreet box with no indication of the content inside.

Is COVID-19 impacting the shipment of my order?

Due to COVID-19, shipping carriers are experiencing occasional delays for some orders.

No need to worry, your order will be processed as soon as possible, and you’ll automatically receive shipping updates with tracking as soon as your order is in the mail. We hope you're staying safe and healthy, and thanks for your understanding and patience.
