Is my personal information safe and secure when ordering on your website?

We use the latest encryption technology, including SSL on our website.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties.

Do you accept International Orders?

Yes! A standard $15 shipping fee applies for international orders.

Where is my product shipped from?

We are a german company. All orders are shipped from our distribution centre in Munich, Germany.

How long will it take to receive my orders?

All orders are shipped on the following business day. Orders from Germany, Austria & Switzerland include free shipping. Domestic orders with regular mail may take 3-5 business days. International orders may take 7-14 days. Please note that delays due to your countries customs may apply.

What is your Lifetime Warranty?

How many times will I have to clean the grinder?

We recommend that you carefully clean the grinder at least once a month with our cleaning tool. It is of course dependent on your consumption volume.

Can I change the blades by hand?

We strongly recommend you use the enclosed cleaning set (Blacked Out Edition). The blades can be easily removed using tweezers.

Does the grinder come in a discrete box or can one see what is inside?

We respect your privacy. The Grinder is shipped in a discreet box with no indication of the content inside.
