Fixed-Rate Express Shipping

Non-EU Europe (UK, Switzerland, Norway, etc.)

Express Shipping → calculated at checkout

these fees are not included in our prices

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

 

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges

we cannot guarantee recovery or replacement of the shipment

 

10. Lost or Damaged Packages

 

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days:
