All of our products are shipped from our storage facility in Munich, Germany.
All orders are shipped on the following business day. Orders within the EU have free shipping. Domestic orders with regular mail may take 3-5 business days. International orders may take 7-14 days. Please note that delays may apply due to your countries customs and current Covid-19 restrictions.

Returns
If you wish to return your grinder for the purpose of initiating a refund, please let us know by sending us an email to contact@capu.de and include your order number and reason for returning. We do not cover the return shipping costs. Please ensure that all components are sent back in an unused condition to the following address:
