When you order the Blacked Out Edition, you’ll get 1 Blacked Out Edition Grinder, 1 vegan leather storage case, 1 small blade set, 1 large blade set, and 1 cleaning set (Brush, Tweezer).

When you purchase the Titanium Edition, you’ll get 1 Titanium Edition Grinder with a pouch, 1 small teeth set, 1 large teeth set, 1 cleaning Set (Brush and Tweezer) with pouch, 1 black Storage Box, and an information card.

Free shipping is included with orders from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and other locations within the EU.

For locations outside of the EU, we implement a €15.00 shipping fee.

All orders are processed and dispatched the next business day after you have completed your order.

Orders sent via ordinary mail to domestic locations may take 3-5 business days to arrive. And orders from outside the EU may take 7-14 days to arrive.

Our Titanium Edition Grinder is made with solid titanium. And its components also attach via rare-earth neodymium magnets.

Our refund covers any damage to the merchandise that occurs during shipment from our location to yours. And the grinder, the leather case, and the cleaning tools are all eligible for a refund.

Our refund policy is applicable for 30 days after your purchase date. We are unable to issue a refund or exchange if the 30-day period has passed since your purchase.

When processing a refund, you must confirm that the item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

We also offer a lifetime warranty.

Our grinders are guaranteed to function properly.

Only if the grinder has been used only for the purpose of processing herbs or tobacco products is the lifetime warranty valid.

We reserve the right to inspect the grinder thoroughly and, if necessary, to refuse the warranty.

If your grinder does not perform as expected, you may return it for a full refund upon us receiving it.

All grinders are covered by the lifetime warranty excluding the Hash Slicer, as well as the vegan leather case and packing. All other items have a two-year warranty.

To process the refund, we'll need the invoice or a confirmation of purchase. This will allow us to credit your credit card for the shipping credits.

The Refund Policy and Lifetime Warranty do not apply to abusive use of the products, accidental falls or drops, deterioration due to a lack of proper cleaning, general wear and tear scratches from use, and damages resulting from cleaning with the wrong tools.
